Meet The Founder & Managing Partner

Aishwarya Nidadavolu — Sustainability & Impact Strategy Leader

Aishwarya Nidadavolu, an alumna of the TERI School of Advanced Studies, a wife and a high-intensity toddler mom, is a sustainability and impact strategist with 10+ years of experience. She brings a grounded, human touch to complex climate and ESG challenges. She works across supply chain decarbonization, Scope 3 measurement, circularity, community development, and enterprise-wide ESG transformation. Her experience spans Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profits, and multilaterals, delivering climate action reports, supplier engagement programs, responsible sourcing initiatives, and regulatory-aligned disclosures (CSRD, GRI, BRSR, CBAM).

At Gartner, she advised more than 100 global enterprises, shaped digital sustainability frameworks, and authored research that guided executive decisions on net-zero and circularity. Earlier roles with PwC, UNICEF projects, and Tata Trusts strengthened her grounding in climate resilience, grassroots engagement, and community-focused program design.

She is committed to helping organizations create meaningful, scalable impact by connecting supply chain transformation, ESG governance, and community well-being. Outside work, Aishwarya finds joy in community initiatives and giving—believing that sustainable change should feel fulfilling, not overwhelming.

Our Story

It all started when Aishwarya observed the growing challenges and complexities faced by non-profits, corporates, and agencies trying to deliver meaningful impact in a rapidly changing sustainability landscape. She saw NGOs struggling to articulate their outcomes, and businesses navigating rising expectations around Scope 3 emissions, ESG maturity, and global compliance—often without clear guidance or the right tools.

What began as her effort to help NGOs strengthen their impact stories quickly evolved into a wider advisory grounded in climate responsibility, supply-chain sustainability, transparency, and data-led decision-making. Today, ImpactBridge works with non-profits, corporates, and MSMEs across India and beyond. We blend global frameworks with local realities to design practical solutions—decarbonization pathways, Scope 3 strategies, climate resilience, circularity programmes, digital sustainability systems, and robust reporting and governance.
